Terms of Sale & Policy Document

Welcome to Middlemist Lilii (PTY) LTD (2024/487293/07) by purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and policies.

Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Products

  • We offer original artworks and garments designed and crafted by Independent & Middlemist Lilii Affiliated Artists. Due to the nature of handmade or limited edition items, slight variations in color, size, or appearance may occur.

Ordering

  • All orders are subject to Availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information.

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

Pricing

  • All prices are listed in ZAR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices and promotions are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination and shipping method.

Payment

  • We accept payment via Debit Card, Credit Card & Cash on Delivery (Limited to certain products).

  • Payment is processed securely through the Yoco payment gateway.

  • Orders will not be shipped until payment has been successfully processed.

Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to all South African Regions.

  • Estimated delivery times are 20 business days from the release date or purchase for domestic, but may vary due to unforeseen delays.

  • Shipping costs and times will be provided at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.

Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the unique nature of our products, returns and exchanges are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or defective. We offer replacements & exchanges off all product for the exact same piece.

  • We do not offer refunds due to each pieces individual production. All pieces will differ as they are hand crafted by our artists, however if a piece is significantly damaged or defective you can contact us to review it in order to request a refund.

  • To request a return and exchange, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue.

  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days in original packaging.

  • Refunds will only be issued after a thorough review and once we receive and inspected the returned item, minus any shipping costs.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 72 hours of placing them.

  • After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, designs, and content on our website and products are the property of Middlemist Lilii.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

  • Middlemist Lilii is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

  • Our liability for any claims related to our products is limited to the purchase price paid.

Privacy

  • We collect personal information to process orders and improve customer experience.

  • Your data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for order fulfillment.
